This report will review the current energy strategic plan-ning process and review the energy section of the strategic development plans in LECo (Local Energy Communities) partner regions. This will include an analysis of current development plans, community owned energy plans, the aims and goals of these plans as well as the effectiveness and impact of the development plans.
