What is a PESTLE Analysis?

A PESTLE analysis is a framework or tool used to analyse and monitor the macro-environmental factors that have an impact on an organisation or sector. The draft policy paper has identified common barriers to community energy projects; this analysis is specific to each of the LECo (Local Energy Communities) regions.
