The growth of renewable energy continues to be of great importance to the German population. This is shown by a recent survey conducted by YouGov and commissioned by the Renewable Energy Agency. According to the results, 89% of those surveyed consider further expanding renewable energy "important" or "extremely important". 1,000 people took part in the representative survey in 2019.
